January 2026 Progress Update

Construction continues at a strong pace as we work toward completing several key milestones by the end of January 2026.

Alhamdulillah, construction on our community center continues to progress well. Here is the latest update on where we stand and what lies ahead.

In Progress

The following work is currently underway and expected to be completed by or before January 31, 2026:

Stud Framing

Main floor framing has been completed
Work is set to begin on the second floor

Mechanical & Electrical

Electrical rough-in is in progress
Plumbing rough-in is in progress

Sprinkler System

Installation is approximately 60% complete

HVAC Ductwork

Installation is approximately 95% complete

Remaining Work

After the current phase is complete, the following work remains:

Drywalls
Electrical fixtures
Plumbing fixtures
Flooring
Parking lot
Exterior lighting
