June 2026 Progress Update

HVAC and ducting are complete, main floor rough-in is finished, and the elevator is approximately 90% installed.

Alhamdulillah, we are pleased to share another round of meaningful progress on our community center. Several major milestones have been reached since our last update.

Completed

HVAC & Ducting

Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are fully installed
All ductwork throughout the building is complete

Main Floor Rough-In

Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical rough-in on the main floor are complete
The main floor is ready to move into the next phase of finishing work

In Progress

Second Floor Rough-In

Work has now shifted upstairs
Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical rough-in on the second floor is underway

Elevator

Installation is approximately 90% complete
Final commissioning and testing to follow shortly
